| Learn How To Shave Your
Legs "Hey Sis, can you tell me how to shave your legs?" Janine's younger sister Bonnie asked her as she lay in front of the TV working on her math homework. "What do you want to know for, Bonnie?" Janine teased her younger sister. "What do you think?" Bonnie retorted with a little giggle. "Are you thinking that you're ready to start shaving your legs, Bonnie?" Janine asked her little sister seriously. "Because if you are there are some things you should know before you shave the first time, Bonnie." Janine continued in the same manner. "Like, are you going to tell me now, Sis, how to shave my legs, huh?" Bonnie asked Janine again. "Yeah, sure I'll tell you Bonnie. I wouldn't want you to get hurt or anything!" Janine replied with a shrug. "First off, make sure you use a new, sharp razor Bonnie. This is very important." Janine launched into an explanation for her younger sister. "Shave in a warm shower or bath if you can. Sit on the edge of the tub, or if you are more comfortable, you can stand, balancing carefully." Janine continued. "OK, OK, I get the idea, Janine, come on, get to the important part!" Bonnie prodded her sister impatiently. "Don't be impatient Bonnie. All in good time." Janine stared at her sister. "Apply either shaving cream, or lather up a liberal amount of soap, spreading it over your leg." Janine began again. "Place the razor at your ankle, and pull gently up over your entire leg." Janine continued. "If you experience severe razor burn, try shaving in the same direction as the hair growth. You may not get a clean shave, but you will avoid raising red bumps." Janine went on to say. "Wow, the nitty, gritty of shaving your legs! This is what I need to know!" Bonnie exclaimed, fascinated. "Just make sure you rinse the blade after every stroke, Bonnie. And be sure to keep the razor wet while you are shaving." Janine said in response. "Shave the entire leg until you've removed all the shaving cream, and then rinse it off." Janine further explained. "And be cautious if you decide to shave the knee. And if you nick or cut your self, use a septic pencil or a small bit of toilet paper to stop the bleeding. Don't ever rinse a cut area with warm water, it will only make it bleed more." Janine warned her little sister. "Is that how you do it, huh, Janine? How come I never see you in the bathroom doing all this stuff?" Bonnie asked Janine with an curious look on her face. "Because I use my body shaver on my legs, silly. Mom got me the best shaver there is for my birthday this year, don't you remember?" Janine asked Bonnie. "Oh, I guess I forgot. Can I use your shaver to shave my legs, Janine?" Bonnie asked in a small voice. "No, you can't Bonnie, you'll have to get your own if you want a shaver. I know you have enough money saved up. It would be money well spent if you are going to start shaving your legs. You can shave under your arms with it, too." Janine told her younger sister. "Well, your legs sure look nice and smooth all the time. A shaver sounds like less trouble to me. Do I still have to use shaving cream with a shaver, Janine?" Bonnie asked her older sister. "No silly, you can shave dry, you don't get any nicks or cuts. I never get any rash or bumps with my shaver, or any ingrown hairs. The shaver never pulls or bites. It was my favorite birthday present this year, I just love my shaver." Janine responded enthusiastically. "But you know, I did start out with a razor, before I graduated to my shaver" Janine continued. I hear some people even like razor's better than shavers, they say the shave is closer. I suggest you buy yourself a pack of razor's Bonnie, and go from there! Janine patted her sister on the back. "You know Bonnie, I'm sure glad you're my sister! I don't know how I would have figured this all out on my own." Bonnie laughed, as she jumped up and gave Janine a big hug. |
